There is a huge popularity of electric cigarettes or also known as smokeless cigarettes. Lots of people believe that it is the perfect-much healthier alternative for traditional tobacco cigarettes. Even it is believed that smokeless cigarette is the best solution to help people quit smoking and prevented from bad effects of smoking.
Smokeless cigarette is an electric device designed similar to a tobacco cigarette. It has electric mechanism to produce vapor from the cartridge contains of water, propylene glycol, and nicotine as well as scent to emulate cigarette flavor. Smokeless cigarettes are better alternatives for smokers since it could give the same smoking experience while giving lots of benefits with the absence of carcinogens from traditional tobacco. Smokeless cigarette could be a great alternative for traditional cigarette but it doesn’t mean it really eliminates the dangerous side of smoking.
Based on the research conducted by WHO on several smokeless cigarette products on the market, it is found that there are carcinogen compounds found in those products. Moreover, the nicotine in the smokeless cigarette won’t stop its addictive effect. Smokeless cigarette could be an advantage for passive smokers but it could be more dangerous for the active smokers since they don’t clearly informed how much nicotine they got from the smokeless cigarette. What we can learn for this is there’s no better choice than completely quit smoking.

The first how to stop gambling tip was deciding whether or not you want to stop gambling. The second tip to stop gambling is based on a daily behavior and ritual.

There are many solutions to stop gambling and self-help books on how to stop gambling.This does not matter, however, if you have not decided whether or not you want to stop.

You must make the decision to stop gambling before you actually look for ways to stop gambling. As stated previously, if you do not do this, it will be an exercise in futility.

The second tip on how to quit gambling is the following:

Tell yourself when you wake up in themorning that you will not gamble on that given day. If this is too hard to do, tell yourselfthat you will not gamble one hour at a time.. or even one minute at a time.

You really must make this decision first thing in the morning. Write it down on paper, or even meditate on this. This is crucial because even though you made a decision to stop gambling,you must be able to act out the behavior of not gambling on a daily basis.

When you wake up in the morning, before breakfast, tell yourself that you will not gamble.

Make this promise to yourself, because once you decide this your day will be easier, and you will not have as many urges.

Doing this is going to be harder for you in the beginning, however this will become easieronce you are away from gambling for a longer period of time.

Remember that self help to stop gambling is not a replacement for professional counseling or evenĀ  meetings such as Gamblers Anonymous.
